- Reward for information on Tahil Sali, a commander in the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), which has conducted terrorist attacks.
- On September 29, 2009, an MNLF-placed explosive device blew up a convoy of military vehicles on Jolo Island, Philippines. The blast killed two U.S. personnel.

- Reward for information on Radullan Sahiron, also known as Commander Putol. Since 2005, Sahiron has been the overall leader of the Philippines-based Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG), a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Sahiron has perpetrated several acts of terrorism.
